The product I needed was easy to find and verify that it was a direct replacement.  It was shipping by UPS and a tracking number provided.  I was contacted about a shipping address as they didn't ship to a PO box.  I was then contacted about additional costs of border crossing customs fees.  This was an additional 25% of the original cost that was mention when ordered.  Also the package tracking stopped.  I was not given any tracking info for four days after the package crossed the border.  I called UPS and was given the runaround.  Then I received a email stating that they didn't ship to a PO box so needed an address.  I asked then to drop it at a local gas station the receives UPS packages but they wouldn't do that even after I gave them the address.  I asked them to take it to a UPS drop point and I would pick it up.  Another fee was requested to change the destination.  UPS was not helpful when I called but always had a fee to charge.  I will not buy another item if shipped by UPS.
