I ordered these overhead hinges to match what is already in my camper. They arrived in a timely manner. Would have given it a 5 but packaging was poor. The factory box that the hinges were in was not sealed well and some of the matching screws came out into the packaging box. Unfortunately, the packaging box wasn't sealed well either and one screw must have fallen out somewhere. Only 7 screws remained. I called the company and they agreed to ship out 3 spare screws the next day. Prior to them shipping the screws, I determined that longer screws would be needed. By the time I called them back to tell them they didn't need to send the screws, they had already packaged them and had them ready to go. I thought that was top notch.
