I ordered a replacement convex mirror for my class A RV. It arrived with several small chips along the lower edge. When I called Veurink’s the next day their response was exactly what a customer wants to here. A new one was shipped out and arrived before I could ship the damaged one back to them. The second mirror was even packaged with more fill. The Veurink’s employee, Kelly, could not have been nicer or more responsive. I will definitely look for my replacement parts from here in the future.
